By such use, You confirm that You have read, understood, and accepted the policies and practices set forth herein. You further acknowledge that failure to provide necessary personal data may result in our inability to render legal services.


The Firm may collect Personal Information, including but not limited to your full name, contact numbers, electronic mail address, residential or business address, company affiliation, and any information voluntarily disclosed in connection with legal inquiries or engagements. In the course of providing legal services, the Firm may likewise process Sensitive Personal Information and privileged information, including government-issued identification details, financial and banking information, family or marital information, employment records, pleadings, affidavits, documentary evidence, and other information reasonably necessary for legal representation. All information provided by You is deemed to have been lawfully obtained and voluntarily disclosed.


Personal Data shall be processed strictly for legitimate and lawful purposes, including but not limited to the evaluation of potential legal representation, rendering of legal advice and services, preparation and filing of pleadings and contracts, compliance with court processes and regulatory requirements, billing and collection, enforcement or defense of legal claims, internal record-keeping, risk management, and compliance with professional and statutory obligations. The Firm does not sell, lease, or commercially distribute Personal Data to third parties.


You acknowledge that submission of information through the Website or electronic communication channels does not, by itself, create an attorney-client relationship. No professional engagement shall exist unless and until a formal engagement agreement is executed. Information transmitted prior to formal engagement may not be treated as privileged unless expressly agreed in writing.


The Firm may disclose Personal Data when required by law, court order, subpoena, regulatory directive, or when necessary for the protection or defense of the Firm’s legal rights and interests. Personal Data may also be disclosed to courts, quasi-judicial agencies, government authorities, opposing counsel where legally required, and accredited service providers bound by confidentiality obligations. The Firm reserves the right to disclose information in good faith where such disclosure is reasonably necessary to comply with legal processes or to prevent fraud, abuse, or unlawful conduct.


We use appropriate and reasonable organizational, physical, and technical measures in keeping Your Personal Data confidential and secure. However, You expressly acknowledge that no data transmission over the Internet or electronic storage system can be guaranteed to be completely secure. The Firm shall not be liable for unauthorized access, interception, hacking, cyberattacks, system failures, or data breaches arising from circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including vulnerabilities inherent in third-party platforms such as email, messaging applications, or telecommunications services. By communicating through such platforms, You assume the inherent risks associated therewith.


All collected Personal Data shall be retained, with reasonable safeguards, for up to one (1) year after the termination of Your Agreement with Us, or for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes for which it was collected, or as required to comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, or comply with professional ethical standards. The Firm reserves the right to retain archival copies in backup systems for disaster recovery, audit, compliance, and record integrity purposes.


Subject to applicable law and ethical limitations, You may exercise your rights under the Data Privacy Act, including the right to access, rectify, object, or request erasure of Personal Data where legally permissible. Requests must be submitted in writing to admin@sucganglaw.com. The Firm reserves the right to deny requests that are manifestly unfounded, excessive, repetitive, or legally restricted.


We may update, amend, or revise this Privacy Policy from time to time to comply with government and regulatory requirements, to align with best industry practices, or for legitimate business purposes. Any amendments shall take effect immediately upon posting on the Website. Continued access to or use of the Website and services after such posting constitutes acceptance of the revised Policy.
