You acknowledge that submission of information through the Website or electronic communication channels does not, by itself, create an attorney-client relationship. No professional engagement shall exist unless and until a formal engagement agreement is executed. All collected Personal Data shall be retained, with reasonable safeguards, for up to one (1) year after the termination of Your Agreement with Us, or for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes for which it was collected, or as required to comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, or comply with professional ethical standards. The Firm reserves the right to retain archival copies in backup systems for disaster recovery, audit, compliance, and record integrity purposes.
Subject to applicable law and ethical limitations, You may exercise your rights under the Data Privacy Act, including the right to access, rectify, object, or request erasure of Personal Data where legally permissible. Requests must be submitted in writing to admin@sucganglaw.com. The Firm reserves the right to deny requests that are manifestly unfounded, excessive, repetitive, or legally restricted.
